Travel Bros Terms of Service for Drivers

Welcome to TravelBros Nig! These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and any related applications (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to use the Service:

You must be at least 21 years old.
You must possess a valid driver's license and meet our vehicle requirements.

3. DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a driver, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and vehicle information.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Adhere to our vehicle standards and safety guidelines.

4. SERVICE USAGE

As a driver, You agree not to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and vehicle information.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Adhere to our vehicle standards and safety guidelines.

5. PAYMENTS AND EARNINGS

We will process payments for trips and distribute earnings to you upon completion of each trip.
TravelBros Nig will retain a commission fee of 20 percent from the total fare of each trip
The remaining balance will be paid to you through the preferred payment method you have provided.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service for any reason, without notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the appropriate procedure outlined in the Service

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our platform and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by TravelBros Nig.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from our platform without our prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TravelBros Nig is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for any disputes or interactions between drivers and passengers.

9. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platform.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria, Plateau State and the Federal Capital Teritory.
